Holly Ann Yanco is an American roboticist and computer scientist, Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and Director of the New England Robotics Validation and Experimentation Center (NERVE). She is renowned for her research into human-robot interaction and has used robotics to spark interest in computer science among schoolchildren, in assistive technologies, in manufacturing and for rescue robots.
